Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
Shipping rates and estimates
A flat shipping fee of $10 will be applied to orders totaling less than $85 before taxes. Order over $85 before taxes qualify for free shipping within Canada. Please note that shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping carriers
Premium feeders ships orders via UPS, Purolator, Canpar, ICS Courier, GLS courier, Amazon and Canada Post to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Delivery address and signature requirement
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Premium Feeders is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. A signature is generally required upon receipt of the package to ensure secure delivery.
Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes. Kindly provide a physical address for delivery.
Delivery confirmation
Upon delivery, please inspect your package for any damages or discrepancies. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us promptly at info@premiumfeeders.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
